Pantelis is the ultimate seaman. He has been sailing for more than 30 years and has competed in 162 races, trans Atlantic and several yacht deliveries. Pantelis is charming with a wonderful smile. He speaks 4 languages fluently - English, French, Turkish and Greek. His hobbies include sailing, water skiing and windsurfing. He is extremely professional and wonderful teacher for those who wish to learn. Father of two - he is wonderful with children.

CHEF - PHOEBE PARTHENOGLOU

Phoebe is a Greek/ New Zealander, who has worked around the world as a chef since 2009. She has picked up different cooking styles and cuisines from her time in New Zealand, Australia, the U.K. and Greece.
She has acquired a skippers licence in 2014 she has now transferred her passion for cooking to her childhood dream of sailing.
Phoebe is also a qualified yoga instructor, practising and teaching in her free time.
She has been a great baby-sitter for friends and family  and loves to be around children.
